Phi Upsilon Omicron Founders Day Brunch was on February 8, 2020 at King Avenue United Methodist Church. Michele Eastlake and Katie Shelley - Founders Day Co-Chairs - welcomed everyone and conducted a short business meeting. A lovely buffet was provided by the Methodist Church members.
The guest speaker was Shelly Detweiler (87' Alumni). Shelly shared "Berry Girl RD: Confessions of a Buckeye, dietician and farmer." She is the owner and of a berry farm called Mitchell's Berries in Plain City, OH. http://www.mitchellsberries.com/
Three fifty-year members we in attendance and were able to share their Phi U stories. The Candlelight Ceremony was led by members and closing was provided by Michele Eastlake - Founders Day Co-Chair.
